一、

為吸引及鼓勵優秀外國學生至本校就讀，加速本校國際化腳步，並拓展國際文化交流，特訂定「中國醫藥大學外國學生獎學金實施細則」(以下簡稱本細則)。
To encourage international students to study at China Medical University (CMU) and to increase international collaboration and exchanges, CMU has stipulated these Guidelines for International Student Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”).

二、

本細則所稱外國學生，需符合教育部外國學生來臺就學辦法之規定。
International students enrolled at CMU shall comply with the “MOE Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan.”

三、

獎助對象：
Qualification:

(一)就讀本校具正式學籍之外籍學生(延修生除外)。
Enrolled International Students (excluding those with delayed graduation).

(二)就讀本校滿一學期，大學部學生每學期至少修習九(含)學分，前一學期學業等第績分平均達3.0分，操行成績達80分，未受記小過以上之處分，碩士班及博士班前一學期學業等第績分平均達3.7分，操行成績達80分，未受記小過以上之處分，碩士班及博士班學生撰寫論文期間無前一學期成績者，得以指導教授推薦信及論文撰寫計畫申請。
Enrolled for one full semester and meet the following condition：
Undergraduate: Must enroll in at least 9 credits (every semester), have a GPA above 3.0 (previous semester), have a conduct grade above 80 (previous semester), and have never received a minor demerit or above.
Master's and PhD: Must have a GPA above 3.7, a conduct grade above 80 (previous semester), and have never received a minor demerit or above. If there is no grade from the previous semester (i.e., thesis writing period), students may apply with a recommendation letter from the advisor and a thesis writing plan.

四、

申請資格及核發金額：
Qualified Period and Scholarship Amount:

(一)申請資格：大學部以各系修業年限為限，碩士班以2年為限，博士班以4年為限。
Application Period (Must complete studies within the same department):
Undergraduate: Duration of Degree Program (e.g., Medicine would be 6 years).
Master’s: Two Years.
Doctoral: Four Years.

(二)本獎學金視當年度經費擇優補助，每學期最多補助70名（大學部15~30名；碩、博士生15~40名。但若當學期任一學制申請人數較少，原定名額可相互流用。）每學期擇優補助每名新台幣10,000〜50,000元。
This scholarship is awarded to the best qualified students based on the amount of annual funding, with a maximum of 70 students per semester. (15-30 undergraduates; 15-40 master’s and PhD students. If the number of applicants for any program is fewer, the spots can be transferred.) The best qualified students will receive a scholarship ranging from NT$10,000 to NT$50,000 per semester.

五、

申請及審查作業程序：
Application and Review Process:

符合資格規定者，備妥申請書、前一學期成績單，於每一學期開學後一個月內向本校國際事務處提出申請，並提請本校「國際發展事務會議」進行審核補助名額及核發金額。
Application and Review Process:
Qualified students shall prepare an application form and transcript of the previous semester and submit the application to the Office of International Affairs one month after the start of each semester. The number of awardees and the amount to be issued will be reviewed by the International Development Affairs Committee.

六、

已領有政府頒設之臺灣獎學金學生，不得再請領本細則獎學金。
Students who have received the Taiwan Scholarship are not eligible to apply.

七、

符合本細則獎勵之學生，入學當年度未完成註冊、辦理保留入學資格、休學或轉學離校者，取消其得獎資格。
The scholarship will be canceled if the awardee: does not complete the semester’s registration process; applies for admission deferral; takes a leave of absence; or withdraws from the university.

八、

領取本獎學金者，經查若有偽造或不實之情事，撤銷其得獎資格，已領取之獎學金應予繳回。
Any students found to have forged or misrepresented any information on the application form will have their eligibility for the scholarship revoked, and any scholarship award already received shall be refunded to the university.

九、

本細則經費來源由本校學生就學獎補助經費提撥。
This scholarship is funded by the university’s student scholarship funds.

十、

本細則經國際發展事務會議及行政會議通過，並陳校長核准後實施，修正時亦同。
These Regulations are subject to review and amendment by the International Development Affairs Committee, approved by administrative meetings and announced by the President of China Medical University. Further modification of the regulations follows the same process.
