一、

本校為鼓勵與國外大學校院與學術研究機構學生互訪研究，促進國際學術交流，特訂定「中國醫藥大學國際學生交流計畫實施試行要點」(以下簡稱本要點)。
To encourage CMU students to do research exchanges with overseas universities and research institutions and to promote international academic exchanges, CMU has stipulated these Guidelines for International Student Exchange Plan (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”).

二、

獎助對象為我國教育部認可國外大學與研究機構之在學學生。
Applicants who are currently enrolled in an overseas university or research institution (recognized by the Ministry of Education of Taiwan) can apply for the subsidy.

三、

申請人應於交換期間二個月前填妥申請表，向本校國際事務處提出申請。
Applicants shall complete the application form and submit it to the Office of Global Affairs two months before the exchange period.

四、

外籍交換生至本校短期修習課程之獎助項目，如下列說明：
Subsidy for International Exchange Students (for Short-Term Study at CMU):

(一)該外籍交換生來校期間須完成本校安排之全英語課程，完成後，本校始核發課程研習證明。
International exchange students must complete the full English courses arranged by CMU. Only after completion of the courses will CMU issue a course study certificate.

(二)補助外籍交換生課程期間內之相關費用，包含課程費、教材費、講師費與部分住宿費。如與該生國外學校簽有協定者，從其協定。
CMU will subsidize relevant expenses for the intentional exchange students during their stay at CMU including: Course Fees, Teaching Materials Fees, Lecturer Fees, and Part of Accommodation Fees. If there is an agreement signed with the student’s overseas school, that agreement shall prevail.

(三)外籍生交換期間結束回國後，每間學校須繳交一份心得報告書至本校國際事務處。
Upon returning to their home country after the exchange period, each home university school must submit a report of their experience to the CMU Office of Global Affairs.

五、

受補助者在台灣地區停留期間如有違反本辦法或相關規定或從事與許可入境事由不符之活動者，本校得撤銷或終止補助，並依相關法規辦理。
If a recipient of a subsidy violates these regulations or related provisions during his or her stay in Taiwan or engages in activities inconsistent with the purpose of entry into the country, CMU may revoke or terminate the subsidy and handle the matter in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

六、

經費來源：由本校高等教育深耕計畫經費項下支應。
This subsidy is funded by the CMU Higher Education Sprout Project (HESP).

七、

如有特殊情況申請者，得經本處審核通過。
If there are special circumstances, the applicant may be approved by the Office of Global Affairs.

八、

本要點經本校行政會議審議通過，陳請校長核准後公布施行，修正時亦同。
These regulations are subject to review and approval by the administrative meeting and announced by the President of China Medical University. Further modification of the regulations follows the same process.
